Arriving at the conference

Registration for the conference will be held at 9:00am in Brown Hall room 131. For a campus map click here.

If you need a letter in order to obtain a visa to attend the conference, please contact the organizers.

Air Travel

ETSU is 18 miles from the Tri Cities Airport in Blountville, TN (airport code TRI).  ETSU is also within 150 miles of the following airports: Asheville (AVL), Charlotte (CLT), Greenville-Spartanburg (GSP), and Knoxville (TYS).

Local Travel

The most straightforward way to get to ETSU is to either rent a car at the airport you fly to, or arrange for a taxi. Also, the Carnegie hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport which you will have to arrange for yourself if that is where you are staying.

Parking

Parking will be available for guests at the Carnegie hotel and the conference is within walking distance of the hotel. If you would like a parking pass for the ETSU campus, please visit ETSU Parking Services. Proceed through the visitor portion to obtain your parking pass. Hotels

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Carnegie Hotel in Johnson City. This hotel is directly across the street from the conference. Please contact the organizers with your arrival and departure dates if you would like a room booked for you in this block
