- There may be cheaper hotel or Airbnb options downtown or in surrounding neighborhoods. The public buses from SouthSide, Oakland, Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, and East Liberty are very reliable and cost $2.75 each way and many of the hotels offer free shuttle buses. Alternatively, you can get to Duquesne from any of these neighborhoods for approximately $10 using Uber or Lyft.

- If you are driving to the conference and staying at the Cambria Suites, the best option is to park at the hotel ($18 per night). From there the walk to College Hall is about 0.6 miles.
- If you are planning to drive to campus you can park in the Forbes Avenue Garage ($12 per day), but be aware that no overnight parking is permitted on campus.
- Most parts of Pittsburgh are easily accessible by the Port Authority of Allegheny County public bus system. Each ride costs $2.75 and you should have exact change or buy a ConnectCard at the ticket machine as you exit the airport.
